REFRACT \u2013 R\u00e9silience et Fragilit\u00e9 en Action est un Programme de Soutien \u00e0 la Politique (PSP)<\/strong> financ\u00e9 par le Conseil flamand des universit\u00e9s<\/strong> (VLIR-UOS) et l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie de Recherche et d\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur<\/strong> (ARES). Ce projet est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour le compte de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Coop\u00e9ration au d\u00e9veloppement et de l\u2019Aide humanitaire<\/strong> (DGD) et mis en \u0153uvre par un consortium de chercheurs provenant d\u2019universit\u00e9s belges et africaines.<\/p>\n
